I work with executives, founders, and athletes who perform under pressure and are ready to stop paying for performance with their nervous system.
I’m drawn to high performers because I see what most people don’t: how capable people can look calm on the outside while carrying a constant internal hum of responsibility, self-monitoring, and pressure.
It can show up as overwhelm, reactivity, overthinking, imposter syndrome, or that relentless feeling of: “It’s all on me.” Not because you’re fragile, because you’re operating at a level where the stakes are real.
My approach
My style is direct, strategic, and deep. High performers don’t need fluff. They need traction.
That means we don’t just talk about what you’re doing, we change what’s driving you when you do it: perfectionism, over-control, threat sensitivity, “not enough,” and the patterns that make success feel heavy.

There are two ways I work with clients:
For founders, CEOs, executives, and high-performing women working on pressure patterns, leadership presence, and the source-code stuff underneath the performance.
Not clinical therapy, coaching with a schema-informed, nervous-system aware framework. For people who are performing well and want to perform differently.
For high performers needing psychological support: anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, trauma, and EMDR for complex presentations.
Medicare rebates available with a GP referral.

Discovery Call (15 minutes, no charge)
We talk through what you're working on, which pathway fits, and what working together would involve. No pressure, no pitch. If it's a good fit, we'll establish the next step.
Initial Consult / First Session
60 minutes. I take a thorough history, provide a preliminary formulation, and we agree on the approach and goals. You leave knowing exactly what we're working on and why.
Ongoing Sessions
50–60 minutes, typically weekly/fortnightly/monthly. We work methodically through the pattern, not indefinitely, not open-ended, but with clear goals and honest progress assessment.

I work with a limited number of clients at any time. If there's a waitlist, I'll be upfront about that and provide a realistic timeframe.
