Session length and programme structure are tailored to what you're working on. We don't start with an eight-week package and work backwards into your problem. We start with the pattern and build a programme that fits it.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Frequency is fortnightly for most clients, with the option for weekly sessions in high-intensity phases.
All coaching takes place in a confidential setting. I hold clear boundaries between coaching and psychological treatment — if clinical support is indicated, I'll be clear about that and discuss next steps appropriately.
